MULTYFILLER EXPRESS DTM is a two-component acrylic primer filler for bodywork repair. In the development of the product, two characteristics have been carefully enhanced: its quality and ease of application in the workshop.MULTYFILLER EXPRESS DTM possesses a high isolating quality and an excellent adhesion to putties, fillers, properly sanded hardened paints, steel and aluminum. PHYSICAL CHARACTERISTICS: Nature: Acrylic 2k Color: ME0 - white; ME1 - light; grey; ME3 - medium; grey ME6 - black Specific weight: 13 lb/gal  68ºF VOC: High build filler: 3.65 Ib/gal; Primer Surfacer: 4.46 Ib/gal;  Non sanding: 4.44 b/gal Mixing Application SUITABLE SURFACES: 2K High Solid Urethane Primer 4:1 mixing ratio Very fast drying times ideally for partial repairs or air drying (sands in 1 hour with fast hardener). Can be used as high build, medium build. Up to 70% of HS content. Achieves up to (160-200 microns) (6.3-7.88 mils) per 2 coat. As a medium build still provides (76-101 microns) (3-4 mils) per 2 coats. Great adhesion and insulating power to putties, other primers and properly sanded hardened paints. Fast curing, even in low temperatures or high humidity environments. Ready to sand in 45 minutes at 68 degrees. Start to sand at P360. Hand sanding at P600 (both dry and wet sanding).
