Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it
  • Be unused and unopened
  • Be in its original packaging with tags
  • Include a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@perpetualpaint.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items / Exceptions

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Any opened or used items
  • Custom-mixed paint products (ALL mixed paint is final sale and non-returnable)
  • Orders where the customer selected the wrong color, variant, or specifications

⚠️ Please ensure all color codes, variants, and product selections are correct before placing your order. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for customer selection errors.

If there is an issue with your order, please email info@perpetualpaint.com with photos and details so we can assist with a replacement if applicable.

Due to differences in screens, lighting conditions, application techniques, and surface preparation, color results may vary from what is displayed online.

We do not guarantee exact color match perception based on digital previews. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend confirming your color code or consulting with a professional before purchasing.


Exchanges

The fastest way to get what you need is to:

  1. Return the original item (if eligible)
  2. Place a new order for the desired product

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund
